I have dedicated my life to being a compassionate guide and mentor for women, supporting them on their paths towards self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Drawing from my extensive experience in embodiment coaching, energy medicine, and personal transformation, I assist women in accessing their inner wisdom and realizing their full potential.

Having left behind a successful corporate career in pursuit of deeper meaning and purpose, I was introduced to the transformative power of feminine embodiment coaching during my own personal journey. This revelation inspired me to establish The Temple of Remothering and share this valuable knowledge with other women, fostering communities where they can come home to themselves and embrace their true essence.

With due respect, honour and thanks to the following teachers, schools and lineages. I recognise each has offered a profound depth of wisdom and are recognised in their own wholeness. I also acknowledge my personal decolonised & trauma-conscious lens and self-led discernment that has played a role in receiving and taking such wisdom forward in the way that I choose to do.

Systems of oppression have caused a deep disconnect to our whole selves and fragmented our emotional, spiritual, energetic and physical selves. Because of this, we have lost the ability to self-heal and become our most powerful, harmonious selves. Returning to this Soul-led power is about dissolving emotional trauma in the body, rekindling a multi-dimensional self-awareness and creating systems of liberation.
