MY PATH
Seven years mapping the body's intelligence
I am a somatic alchemist, author, and artist. I work with the body as a map, specifically the emotional and alchemical intelligence held in each region, each symptom, each place that just won't let go.
I built the Embodied Alchemy map over seven years of working with women and with my own body. It draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic wisdom, somatic intelligence, fascia science, and the electric understanding of the biofield. It is unlike any other framework I have encountered, because it doesn't ask what's wrong. It asks what's incomplete.
My path into this work was not linear. I left a corporate career in London not because I had answers but because the questions in my body were louder than anything my career could offer. I trained in yoga, energy medicine, trauma resolution, and embodied philosophy. I studied ancient wisdom traditions alongside modern neuroscience. I became a mother. I kept learning.
What I bring to every woman I work with is not a method she must follow. It is a map she learns to read herself, so that everything after our work together becomes information she can trust.
I am British-Indian, based in Arizona. I am a wife, a mother of a two year old, a painter, an author, and someone who takes the body's intelligence more seriously than almost any other source of knowledge.
LINEAGES & TEACHERS
The knowledge I bring has been gathered across two decades
The knowledge I bring has been gathered across two decades - formally, informally, and through the laboratory of my own body. What follows is not a list of credentials designed to impress. It is an honest account of the lineages, teachers, and traditions I have been shaped by, offered with gratitude and with the acknowledgement that my own discernment has always been the final filter.
